Is QatarZak a company that does the work itself?
No. QatarZak is a referral platform. We take your request on WhatsApp and connect you with an independent service provider in Qatar who does that kind of work in your area. The provider quotes, schedules and carries out the job.
Does it cost anything to use QatarZak?
There is no fee for customers to send a request or receive a quote. You pay the provider directly for the work you agree to.
How do I know the provider is reliable?
We route requests to providers who have shown us they do the work they say they do and respond quickly. If a job goes wrong, message us on the same thread and we follow it up. We do not publish invented reviews or ratings.
