This policy explains what information QatarZak (“we”, “us”) collects, why, and what we do with it. We keep it short because we keep the data short.

What we collect

• WhatsApp messages. When you message us, we receive your WhatsApp name, phone number and the content of your message, which may include your service area, address, photos and details of the job.
• Website usage. If analytics are enabled, we collect standard, aggregated usage data such as pages viewed, device type, approximate location and which buttons were clicked (for example, that a WhatsApp button was clicked on a particular service page). This website has no accounts, login or contact forms that store data on our servers.

How we use it

• To understand your request and pass it to an independent service provider who covers that service and area.
• To follow up on how the job went and to resolve problems.
• To improve the website and understand which services people look for.

Sharing with providers

To arrange a service we share the details needed to do the job (your name, phone number, area, and the request itself) with the independent provider we match you with. Providers are separate businesses and handle your information under their own responsibility. We do not sell your information to anyone.

Analytics and advertising tools

We may use Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel to measure website traffic and the performance of our advertising. These tools set cookies and may process your IP address and device identifiers under their own privacy policies. You can limit tracking through your browser settings or by using the opt-out tools those companies provide. If these tools are not configured, no tracking scripts load.

Retention

WhatsApp conversations are kept for as long as needed to arrange, follow up and resolve requests, and for a reasonable period afterwards for records. You can ask us to delete your conversation history at any time by messaging us.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated date at the top will change. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
